"Ticks are the units of time progression in rounds."

Though this definition is never given outright in-game, it is kind of implied throughout (Blockade card description, for instance). Since it seems to clear up some ambiguity, I decided to throw it in. Any objections?

Also, I'm currently investigating the duration of ticks (see my user page). Any contributions would be appreciated.--Antimuon 20:42, 11 April 2008 (UTC)
