Is this card "rare", meaning you can randomly get it by buying a Card Pack, or can you only get it by using Lasso on the Iron Plate bonus? —The preceding unsigned comment was added by The Conster (talk • contributions) on 17:08, 23 July 2006.

You can't buy it from the general store, which I believe is pretty much the definition of 'rare' here. You can get it through the Lasso card, most likely. I don't know if you can also get them in the card packs and from picking up cards in a game, but probably. I don't see why not. I added it to the list. --Paladin

This card seemed to be added with the newest release and as far as I'm concerned it's rare (can't be bought at the General Store unless you buy a card pack). High noon decreases the movement range of all units for a short period of time, this card seems to make the units move 2 tiles less (the Cavalry and the Steam-gunsman only had a 3 tile movement range). But obviously, for untis like the Shotgunner, they just remained with a 1 tile movement range while High Noon remained on play. --Elfolas

I think you mean it decreases it by 3, reducing Cavalry and Steam Gunman to 2. Other than that, you're spot on. The Conster 13:01, 1 September 2006 (EDT)
