Your Sharpshooter should be able to kill any of the opposing units in two shots if she is at full health. Use her as your main offense, stalling your opponent by attacking units that are carrying a totem piece, and your other units as totem collectors. Either try to kill Artisan Joe's Buffalo Rider and Gunslinger but leave his Revolutionary alive but with less than half health, or kill his Revolutionary before you finish off his Buffalo Rider. This is another easy bounty mission and Artisan Joe should not be able to collect any totems at all due to the small movement range of most of his units and the long movement range of your units.
