Sivius (talk)	Enough to judge canditate's comprehension of wiki markup and grammatical skills.	Enough time in game to have a good understanding of B!H and its mechanics.	I am highly partial to users who show good judgement when editing and am more than likely to vote for users who have shown, without a doubt, that they are comitted to Howdypedia.
