This one is easy, as long as you get a totem piece on the bottom of the base before Joe does. Use the sharpshooter to hold off his units whilst you get the Steam gunman or Thunderbird to get a totem piece on his side. Use the other 5 square moving unit to put a totem pice on your side. Use your storm caller to defend your units.
