Bank
From Howdypedia, the Bang! Howdy wiki
The bank is the leftmost building in Frontier Town. The bank acts as a trading area, where players can exchange scrip for gold coins, provided they have an Gold exchange license. The Exchange license can be purchased at the General store for the price of one gold coin. Due to this, all new players to Bang! Howdy must either purchase gold with real money from Three Rings or buy a Gold pass before they are able to use the exchange.
Upon entering the Bank, players are greeted by a screen advertising gold coins for purchase with real money, as well as the Gold pass for the town of the player's current occupancy. Players with Exchange licenses can proceed from here to the exchange itself by means of the "Gold Exchange" button in the lower left. At the top of the Gold exchange screen is another area for you to click and buy gold coins with real money. Beneath that is an area for immediate trades, which allow you to get gold coins quickly, but you are forced to buy or sell them for the lowest price set by a player who is selling gold coins/the highest price set by a player who is buying gold coins, respectively. If you wish to sell gold coins, use the interface on the left; if you're interested in buying gold coins, use the interface on the right.
At the top of the final area are two columns; each corresponds to the immediate trade interface above it. On the left are the 3 lowest prices that players are selling gold coins at, and on the right are the 3 highest prices players are buying gold coins. Underneath each of these is a way to post your own offers to buy or sell gold coins; again, selling is on the left, buying is on the right. To post an offer, simply type in the number of gold coins you would like to buy/sell, then type in the number of scrip you want for them or are willing to pay for them, then click "Post." If your offer is one of the 3 lowest sell offers or one of the three highest buy offers, it will appear on the window above. All of your offers will appear in the areas beneath the "Post your own offer" boxes. Offers to sell gold coins are on your left, offers to buy are on your right.
